As the national program office for the ten-year Urban Health Initiative, the ICC catalogued many of the lessons learned with regard to developing change agent organizations and securing and sustaining change in cities. Urban Seminar Series
While serving as the National Program Office for the Urban Health Initiative, the ICC cosponsored the Urban Seminar Series, funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and led by Dr. William Julius Wilson of Harvard University. The Urban Seminars brought together some of the best researchers and practitioners working in child health and development to discuss papers on issues related to the Urban Health Initiative.
